Creating a safe and supportive environment on Flowcus is about how we treat each other every day.

Here's what we ask you to do:    
1. Honor your commitments. Be on time, keep your video on, and stay for the whole session.    
2. Be kind. Encourage and support your partner. They're here to work hard, just like you!    
3. Be professional. Treat your partner as you would a valued client, mentor, or colleague. Remember, we're a professional community, not a dating site.    
4. Protect your attention. Minimize distractions and save socializing for before and after your session.    
5. Work with purpose. Set clear goals and work diligently. Celebrate your achievements together!

Please note that you must be at least 17 years old to use Flowcus, and maintaining multiple personal accounts is not allowed.
How to Be Productive on Flowcus
We're here to help you boost your productivity. Most members report being over 50% more productive on Flowcus!
Here are our recommendations for maximum productivity:    
1. Prepare for your session. Minimize interruptions, get refreshments if needed, and join your session a few minutes early.    
2. Be present in your video. Keep your camera on during the session. If you need to step away briefly, let your partner know in the chat.    
3. Start your session positively. Greet your partner, ask about their goals, and share your tasks for the session.    
4. Work quietly and post updates. Stay focused on your tasks and update your progress in the chat. If you need a break, let your partner know.    
5. Wrap up with support. After the session, check in with your partner, offer support, and celebrate your productivity together!

Forbidden Behaviors
Flowcus is a wonderful community, but there are a few rules to keep everyone safe. If you encounter any violations or feel unsafe, please let us know. We're here to support you, and the vast majority of Flowcus users are supportive too!
The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in a ban:    
1. No nudity, sexual acts, or harassment.    
2. No threats, violence, or harm to anyone.    
3. No hateful conduct, bullying, or discrimination.    
4. No flirting or inappropriate comments.    
5. No inappropriate attire.    
6. No selling or promoting products or brands.

What to Do If You Encounter Bad Behavior
If you come across any bad behavior, follow these steps:    
1. Take care of yourself. If you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, trust your instincts and prioritize your well-being.    
2. Report the offending member. Report any bad behavior you experience. Your report will be confidential, and we'll review it within 24 hours.    
3. Block the offending member. You can immediately block the person to prevent further contact.
