Do I need to keep the audio on the whole time?

No, it's not mandatory. Some prefer muted mics for focus, while others find partner sounds motivating. Mute yourself for videos, music, or calls to avoid disturbances.

Do I need to keep the video on the whole time?

Yes, please keep your video on throughout the session. Stay visible in the frame, and if you need to move around, adjust the camera accordingly. If you must step away briefly, let your partner know in the chat and return as soon as possible while keeping your video on.

Is it necessary to install a different video call app?

No, it's not required to install any other app. You can book and join sessions directly on Flowcus. Additionally, we'll send you calendar invites to seamlessly integrate your Flowcus sessions into your calendar.
